1 fatality in crash on Craighead/Greene County line

Craighead County, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – Aug. 28, 2025 – A vehicle crash on the Craighead County/Greene County line resulted in one death, police said.

Greene County Sheriff Brad Snyder said on Facebook Wednesday afternoon that a one-vehicle crash occurred on Highway 141 South and County Road 326. He confirmed one fatality.

Synder said deputies, Arkansas State Police, fire departments and EMS were on scene. At 9:11 p.m., ARDOT reported the scene cleared.

ASP is working the crash investigation, he said.
