A-State volleyball lands school-record 4 CSC Academic All-District selections

Jonesboro, AR – (Contributed) – College Sports Communicators announced its 2025 Academic All-District Volleyball Team, which features a school-record four representatives from Arkansas State.

Addison Collum and Libby Gee-Weiler were selected for the first time in their collegiate careers while Devyn Lewis and Erin Madigan received honors for the second consecutive season. Seven Red Wolves have been selected since head coach Brian Gerwig’s first season in 2022, increasing the program’s all-time total to nine players.

The Academic All-District Women’s Volleyball Team recognizes the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. To qualify, student-athletes must maintain a 3.50 GPA or higher and be a starter or key reserve athletically, appearing in at least 90 percent of matches or sets played.

Lewis boasts a 4.0 grade-point average (GPA) and finished second on the team in kills with 284 (2.45 per set) over 30 matches. The junior outside hitter added nine service aces and 58.0 total blocks to finish with 326.0 points on the year.

Gee-Weiler owns a 3.73 GPA and finished fourth on the team with 209 digs over 31 matches. The junior libero/defensive specialist averaged 1.74 digs per set and posted a .938 reception percentage over 353 attacks.

Madigan holds a 3.70 GPA and led the team with 741 assists and 6.28 per set over 31 matches. The junior setter posted 20 service aces and recorded 244 digs during the 2025 campaign.

Collum owns a 3.59 GPA and helped guide the team through conference play with a team-leading 147 kills in 16 matches. The sophomore right-side hitter tallied 267 kills (2.24 per set) over 31 matches overall and posted the third-most total blocks by a Red Wolf in 2025 with 82.0.
