Visitors can engage in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math (STEAM) activities throughout the museum and grounds. In the STEAM-charged environment, guests will solve problems, tinker, experiment, create art, make plants sing, get messy with scientific exploration, freely fail and try again.

“We’re most creative when we’re playing,” said Jill Kary, curator of education at the museum. “In other words, true genius happens when we allow ourselves to fail without fear.”

All are invited to attend STEAMFest.

For more information about the free event, contact Kary at jkary@AState.edu, or call (870) 972-2074. One may also contact the Arkansas Science Festival director, Dr. Karen Yanowitz, at kyanowit@AState.edu or (870) 972-3064.
