Arkansas State Police investigating accidental shooting in Jonesboro

Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – Arkansas State Police are investigating an accidental shooting that occurred in Jonesboro.

According to a news release from the Jonesboro Police Department, first responders were called to the Red Wolf Boulevard/Stallings Lane area for a reported accidental shooting. The incident happened shortly before 1 p.m.

The incident involved two off-duty JPD officers who were traveling together, the release said, and the victim was taken to an area hospital for further treatment.

ASP were called to investigate the incident.
