Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – Sept. 23, 2025 – First National Bank Arena will be a fully cashless venue beginning Oct. 1.

A Facebook post from the arena said all transactions, which include ticket purchases, concessions, merchandise and parking, will need to be made with a credit/debit card, or a mobile payment option like Apple Pay or Google Pay. The arena accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards.

This comes after the arena announced earlier in September that concession stands would be going fully cashless, which went into effect Sept. 18.

“This transition is designed to improve efficiency, reduce wait times, and provide a more seamless event-day experience for all guests,” the arena’s Facebook post said. “We encourage all attendees to plan ahead and come prepared with their preferred cashless payment method.”
