Meet Honey: Honey is a female Lab mix who’s around 18 weeks old. She came in with her litter – the “H” litter, which has four girls and one boy – almost two weeks ago, after our welfare team rescued them from a ditch where they were living. After they get their second puppy shot on Wednesday, they’ll be up to date on all vaccines and preventatives. Before going to a lucky home, Honey will also be spayed and microchipped.

Meet Persephone: Persephone is a 2-year-old female domestic shorthair; she’s calico and up to date on all her vaccines and preventatives. She came in just six days ago with her babies, a litter of four. Even though she hasn’t been at the shelter for long, she’s already a staff favorite because she’s so sweet, friendly, and affectionate! Persephone will be spayed and microchipped before going to her forever home.
