Red Wolves set to host Super 16 game in WNIT

Jonesboro, AR – Contributed – The Arkansas State women’s basketball team is set to host the third round of the WNIT on Friday, March 27, facing the winner of South Alabama and Purdue-Fort Wayne.

The game is currently scheduled for a 1 p.m. start, although the game time is still subject to change.

The Red Wolves enter the contest coming off an 83-52 victory over Radford in the second round. Arkansas State’s appearance in the Super 16 is its deepest run in the WNIT since the 2005 season.

Game tickets are $11 each, and tickets for premium areas (suites and courtside) are $26 each, while A-State student tickets are $4 each. Fans with season tickets, including those located in premium areas, will have first opportunity to purchase those tickets.

Those seats will be held until noon Thursday, March 26, before being made available to the general public. The Red Wolves Foundation will contact suite holders to determine the number of tickets they would like to purchase.

All current season-ticket holders, including those in premium areas, can purchase their tickets by clicking here. A link to purchase online for non-season ticket holders will be posted to Arkansas State Athletics’ official social media accounts today. 

Digital tickets will be available in the A-State Athletics App, and fans can also purchase tickets by visiting or contacting the First National Bank Arena box office at (870) 972-2781.

Parking will be open to the public.
