Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) -March 26, 2024 – The Shoppes at Hilltop has been sold for $11 million, according to Sherlyn Blackwell of Arkansas Elite Realty, who brokered the deal.

The Quinn Family Ltd. II, who developed the property at 3410 E. Johnson Ave. in 2012, sold it to Efren and Aracely Montano, Efren Victor Montano and Karel Montano, Blackwell said.

The 62,340-square-foot retail center is home to 16 businesses, said Blackwell, who is executive broker at her firm. Her husband, Dale, is client services specialist at the firm. Sherlyn Blackwell said Dale was an integral part of the sale.

She said her company will continue serving as leasing agent at The Shoppes at Hilltop. “We’ve been blessed to have a variety of great tenants,” Blackwell said.

She said the traffic count at East Johnson Avenue persuaded the Quinn Family to build the retail center there.

Blackwell said she’s been associated with the Quinn Family for more than 20 years. Before developing The Shoppes, Blackwell said the Quinns developed several properties in that area of Jonesboro. She said the Quinns “seem to have the Midas touch” with their ventures.

The Quinn Family is led by Johanna Quinn.
